My Mommy always told me that if I couldn't say anything nice, then I shouldn't say anything at all.
Okay, I guess it wasn't that bad. There were some good moments. But it sure wasn't great. In fact, it was downright ugly at times (I think I managed to hide it pretty well, though). Some people say that the second year is tougher than the first, and that is definitely what I experienced this Christmas. It was way harder than the first. Hopefully it was rock bottom, and it can only get better from there.
I'm done reflecting, can we move on now?
